Outdoor tiling Dubai has three jobs: stay non-slip when wet, stay cool enough to walk on, and shed water away from the building.
Outside, the tile is the least of it
An outdoor floor is a waterproofing system with a tile on top. When balconies leak into the room below or terraces lift after a couple of summers, the cause is almost always missing tanking, no falls, or no movement joints across a surface that expands in direct sun.
We tank, test, lay to fall, and use external-grade adhesive and joints designed to move. Surface selection then covers the human side: slip resistance when wet and a tone that does not become unbearable underfoot in July.

The waterproofing beneath the tiles has failed or was never installed correctly. Tiles are not waterproof — the membrane under them is, and it has to be replaced to fix the leak.
Lighter tones in a matt or textured finish. Dark porcelain and dark stone absorb a great deal of heat and become uncomfortable in direct summer sun.
A rating intended for wet barefoot areas. It is one of the few specifications we will not compromise on, because the alternative is genuinely dangerous when wet.
Rarely a good idea. Without lifting them you cannot verify the waterproofing beneath, and the added height often defeats door thresholds and drainage.
Porcelain generally needs none. Natural stone outdoors benefits from periodic sealing, depending on the stone and exposure.
