Kitchen renovation in Dubai.
Kitchen renovation Dubai done as one trade package — joinery, stone, appliances, electrical and plumbing set out together so the finished kitchen works as well as it looks.
The kitchen is a services job with joinery on top
Most disappointing kitchens fail on things decided before a single cabinet is hung: where the extract runs, whether the electrical supply carries an induction hob, how the island is fed, and whether the floor is level enough for a continuous run of tall units. Kitchen renovation Dubai projects are won or lost at that stage.
We set out the services and the joinery from the same drawing. Cabinet sizes, appliance clearances, socket positions, waste routes and lighting circuits are fixed before manufacture, which is what keeps the installation to a few days instead of a few weeks of adjustment.
On modern kitchen design Dubai work, the practical differences show up in daily use: soft-close hardware that survives the climate, worktop material chosen for the way you cook, and lighting layered so the counter is lit by something other than the ceiling.
What kitchen renovation includes
Supplied and installed as one package, with one team responsible for the result.Layout and design
Measured survey and a layout tested against real working distances, door swings and appliance clearances.
Custom cabinets
Custom kitchen cabinets built to the room — full-height units, drawer banks, corner solutions and pantry storage with quality hardware.
Worktops and splashbacks
Quartz, granite, porcelain or solid surface, templated after installation of the carcasses for an accurate fit.
Islands and breakfast bars
Structural support, power, water and waste routed through the slab or floor build-up where the design requires it.
Appliance integration
Ovens, hobs, extraction, fridges and dishwashers built in with correct ventilation and service access.
Plumbing and electrical
Sink and appliance supply and waste, dedicated circuits for high-load appliances and correctly positioned isolation.
Extraction and ventilation
Ducted extraction where a route exists, recirculation where it does not — specified honestly rather than assumed.
Lighting
Under-cabinet task lighting, island pendants and ceiling circuits switched separately so the kitchen works day and night.
Flooring and finishing
Floor replacement or protection, skirting, sealing, and a working handover with appliance documentation.
Kitchen styles we build
The construction is the same; the finish, hardware and worktop set the character and the cost.
Handleless modern
Flat slab fronts with routed or J-pull edges, matt lacquer or melamine, and a continuous stone worktop.
Timber and stone
Warm veneer or solid timber fronts against pale stone — the most common brief in Dubai villas.
Classic shaker
Framed doors with painted finish, suited to older villas and traditional interiors.
Open-plan island kitchen
Kitchen opened into the living space, with the island carrying the sink or hob and the services routed to suit.

How a kitchen renovation runs
Consultation
How you cook, how many people use the kitchen, and what fails in the current one.
Survey and design
Measured survey, layout drawings, material and hardware selection.
Quotation and manufacture
Itemised quotation, then joinery manufacture while site works are scheduled.
Strip-out and services
Removal, plumbing and electrical first fix, wall and floor preparation.
Install and handover
Carcasses, worktop template and fit, appliances, splashback, sealing and testing.
Send a photo of your current kitchen and rough dimensions — we can size the job from that.
Who this is for
Kitchen work returns more than almost any other single-room renovation.

On site, a straightforward replacement is usually one to two weeks from strip-out to working kitchen. The longer part is manufacture and worktop templating beforehand, which is why joinery is ordered before demolition begins.
Cabinet construction, hardware, worktop material and appliance level drive the figure far more than kitchen size does. Cost depends on scope, materials and site conditions, so we quote from a measured survey rather than a rate per metre.
Usually yes, if their dimensions and ventilation requirements suit the new layout. We record model numbers at survey so cabinet openings are built to the real appliance, not a standard size.
In a villa this is often possible — it depends on drainage runs, extract routes and gas or electrical supply. We confirm feasibility and the additional works involved before the design is fixed.
Quartz is consistent, non-porous and low maintenance; granite is natural, heat tolerant and unique per slab. Both perform well here. Porcelain is worth considering for very large islands and outdoor kitchens.
Both. Custom joinery suits awkward rooms, full-height storage and non-standard ceiling heights; modular systems can be quicker and cheaper where the room is regular.
