Built-in BBQ area with seating and evening lighting

BBQ areas built for how people actually gather.

BBQ area construction Dubai that plans the whole corner — grill, counter, seating, shade and lighting — instead of dropping a barbecue onto bare paving.

Outdoor Living · BBQ

The barbecue is the smallest part of a BBQ area

What makes the space work is everything around the grill: a counter to put things down on, seating that faces the cook, shade overhead, light after sunset and smoke that blows away from the guests rather than into them.

We build these as small masonry structures integrated into the garden — often combined with a seating wall, a firepit or a bar counter — so the area reads as part of the landscape rather than an appliance parked on the terrace.

Practical points for Dubai gardens

Small decisions that determine whether the area is used or ignored.

Wind direction

Smoke blowing across the seating is the fastest way to ruin the space. Orientation comes before aesthetics.

Distance from the villa

Far enough that smoke does not enter the house, close enough that carrying food out is not a trek.

Community rules

Some communities restrict open flame, permanent structures or height near boundaries.

Surface heat

Paving around the area gets very hot. Lighter tones and shade keep it walkable barefoot.
