A thin coating that depends entirely on what is beneath it
Microcement is only a few millimetres thick. It does not bridge structural movement, and it will faithfully reproduce any crack, flex or loose tile underneath. Whether a floor is a good candidate is decided at survey, not on site on the day.
Where the substrate is sound, it is a strong option: no grout lines, continuous from floor up a wall, and it can go over existing tiles without the demolition, waste and height change of a full strip-out. Seamless flooring Dubai also suits bathrooms well, as long as the tanking beneath is correct.

Yes, if the tiles are firmly bonded and the floor does not flex. Hollow or loose tiles must be removed and made good first, or they will telegraph through.
The material itself is reinforced and flexible within limits, but it cannot bridge structural movement. Cracks that appear are almost always movement in the substrate below.
Yes, over correct waterproofing and with the right sealer system. The tanking beneath is what keeps water out — the microcement is a finish, not a membrane.
Usually around a week for a typical room including cure and sealing time between coats. The space must stay unused during that period.
Normal cleaning with a pH-neutral product, and recoating the sealer periodically in high-traffic areas to keep stain resistance.
