Large format stone flooring in a villa living space

Flooring installation across Dubai properties.

Flooring services Dubai where substrate preparation is treated as part of the job — because level, dry and sound floors are what stop tiles drumming and timber lifting.

Interior · Flooring

Preparation decides the result

Hollow-sounding tiles, cracked grout lines and lifting timber boards are nearly always substrate problems: an uneven slab, insufficient adhesive coverage, or no movement joints across a long run.

We survey the existing floor, level or re-screed where required, and set out from the most visible line in the room so cuts land where they are least noticed. Transitions between materials and rooms are detailed rather than improvised.

Dubai villa interior with stone flooring

Flooring for Dubai buildings

Concrete slabs, humidity and heavy AC use all affect what performs here.

Slab tolerance

Local slabs are rarely flat enough for large-format tiles or timber without levelling first.

Humidity and timber

Solid timber moves considerably here. Engineered boards are far more stable and are what we normally recommend.

Acoustic requirements

Many towers require acoustic underlay under hard flooring. It is checked before material selection.

Thermal movement

Large continuous floors, especially near glazing, need movement joints to avoid tenting and cracking.
